Apart from the shareholders of a joint venture, the property in the name of two or more persons or increased from it shall be considered joint property.
(2) If there is an open deed of the right or share of a person in the joint property, it shall be deemed that the persons owning such property have the same right and share according to the same and if there is no mention in the deed.
(3) The enjoyment, management, transfer of rights and other provisions of the joint property shall be in accordance with this chapter and other chapters of this Code.
